• Postpaid connection can not be disconnected , Subscriber needs to terminate the connection or keep it in safe custody.
• Any change in billing address requires submission of address proof in advance.
• No change is possible after bills are generated.
• Any change of billing plan in the middle of the billing cycle would result in split billing . Billing amendment is not possible subsequently.
• Temporary disconnection would attract safe custody charges as applicable.
• All bills generated before termination of connection are to be settled once the bills are generated.
